Types of Data Processed

Browsing Data

The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment. These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of obtaining statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time or daily range, geographic areas of origin, etc.) and/or to check the correct functioning of the services offered. Browsing data do not persist for more than 60 days and are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for any need to ascertain crimes by the Judicial Authority).

Data Provided Voluntarily by the User

Through the Site, it is possible to send requests and communications via the addresses and contact forms indicated therein. The provision of such data is mandatory, necessary to respond to the requests sent and to recontact the sender for clarifications regarding what has been reported. In particular, personal data are provided by users to use the Site’s services. The Controller does not collect or process personal data related to minors. By accessing the Site and using the services offered, you declare that you are of legal age. Users under 18 are therefore requested not to register on the Site and not to provide personal data. Specifically, user identification occurs at the time:

Purpose and Legal Basis

The processing of personal data is carried out by the Data Controller for the purposes described below:

  • Respond to user requests for information and assistance. Processing is functional to fulfilling a user request and is based on the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures;
  • Ensure the proper functioning of web pages and their content. In this case, data processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Controller;
  • Use the contact details provided to send commercial communications about our products and/or services or on behalf of third parties to update on news, promotions, or offers. Processing is based on the consent of the interested party;
  • Transmit the provided data to partners/sponsors of initiatives or third-party companies to receive commercial communications. Processing is based on the consent of the interested party, and in the case of event registration, it is specified that consent is optional and does not preclude the possibility of registering for the event. The provision of personal data is considered necessary for needs related to the activity of FLYON AERO SRL. We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, limitation, and minimization of data, pursuant to Regulation EU 2016/679 (Article 5), your data are kept until a revocation request by the data subject.

Data Processing Methods

Data processing will be carried out with methods and procedures strictly necessary to pursue the purposes for which they were collected, with the help of electronic tools. To avoid the risk of data loss, unlawful use, or incorrect use of the same, or unauthorized access, alteration, appropriate technological and managerial security measures have been adopted. Personal data will be processed by the Data Controller, authorized personnel for processing, or by subjects specifically appointed as Data Processors. At any time, the data subject may request from the Controller the complete list of Data Processors appointed and involved in data processing for the purposes of this information.

Data Retention

The Controller adopts the following policies regarding the retention of user data on the Site:

  • Data provided in contact forms or emails sent to addresses published on the Site will be kept only for the time necessary to respond to received requests.
  • Data provided for commercial communication activities will be kept until the consent of the data subject is revoked.
  • Data provided to receive promotional communications will be kept until the consent of the data subject is revoked.

Exercise of Rights

Every data subject has the right at any time, according to Regulation EU 2016/679 Articles 15 and following, to obtain knowledge of the existence of their personal data, the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data have been or will be communicated, and, when possible, the retention period. The data subject also has the right to update or rectify their personal data. Pursuant to the same Regulation EU, every data subject has the right to obtain the limitation of processing, data portability (receive data from a data controller), in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, as well as to transmit to another data controller without hindrance. The data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of data for marketing purposes and automated processing, such as profiling. These rights can be exercised by written request addressed to FLYON AERO SRL at the postal address of the registered office or the following email address: info@flyon.aero. The subject of the email should be “Data Processing Request.” If the conditions are met, the data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Garante, if they believe that the processing of their personal data is carried out in violation of current regulations.

Updates and Changes to the Privacy Policy

If this page undergoes modifications and revisions, FLYON AERO SRL will make the changes public and update the revision date of the page. Should the changes and revisions entail substantial changes, FLYON AERO SRL will notify its customers.
