The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment. To avoid the risk of data loss, unlawful use, or incorrect use of the same, or unauthorized access, alteration, appropriate technological and managerial security measures have been adopted. Personal data will be processed by the Data Controller, authorized personnel for processing, or by subjects specifically appointed as Data Processors. At any time, the data subject may request from the Controller the complete list of Data Processors appointed and involved in data processing for the purposes of this information.
The Controller adopts the following policies regarding the retention of user data on the Site:
Every data subject has the right at any time, according to Regulation EU 2016/679 Articles 15 and following, to obtain knowledge of the existence of their personal data, the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data have been or will be communicated, and, when possible, the retention period.
