Flyon Aero is proud to announce the official signing of a strategic partnership with SAVIS – Safety Aviation Services Egypt, marking a significant step in the development of a new, high-level aviation training ecosystem in Egypt, fully compliant with EASA Part-147 and Part-66 regulations.
The agreement was formally signed by Mr. Enrico Foresto, CEO of Flyon Aero, and Mr. Alaa Fekry, CEO of SAVIS, during an official ceremony held at the Ministry of Civil Aviation of Egypt. The event was honored by the presence of:
– H.E. Capt. Sameh El Hefny, Minister of Civil Aviation
– H.E. Michele Quaroni, Ambassador of Italy to Egypt
– Capt. Ezzat Meteally, Chairman of the Egyptian Engineering Authority (EEA)
This historic signing lays the foundation for a joint training project aimed at delivering EASA-compliant basic training programs for B1.1 and B2 aircraft maintenance technicians, offering access to the globally recognized Aircraft Maintenance Licence (AML).
Coordinated and Certified by Flyon Aero
All training activities will be entirely managed and supervised by Flyon Aero, under its official EASA Part-147 certification (IT.147.0016) issued by ENAC – the Italian Civil Aviation Authority.
This ensures that the program meets the highest standards in terms of regulatory compliance, instructional quality, curriculum content, infrastructure, and international recognition.
A European Standard, A Regional Impact
The training initiative will be implemented across multiple strategic locations in Egypt, including academic institutions, engineering authorities, and specialized facilities.
This project reflects Flyon Aero’s international vision of building certified training centers in emerging aviation markets, while SAVIS contributes with strong local expertise, operational support, and a long-standing commitment to aviation education in Egypt.
